What is the Mazda CX-60?
The Mazda CX-60 is a two-row crossover SUV and the first model in Mazda’s Large Product group. Its family-friendly layout offers room for everyday journeys and longer trips. The exterior follows Mazda’s Kodo design language, and the powertrain range includes combustion engines and electrification.
The CX-60 entered its first generation in 2022. Mazda introduced it in Europe as part of its expansion of the SUV range.
Engines and power
EU versions cover 2.5- to 3.3-litre petrol and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains. Listed power runs from 67 kW (91 PS) to 187 kW (254 PS). The plug-in hybrid pairs a 2.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor. Mazda also offers six-cylinder diesel powertrains, including a mild-hybrid option.
UK versions span 2.5- to 3.3-litre engines and list power from 129 kW (175 PS) to 327 kW (445 PS). The French versions listed are 2.5-litre plug-in hybrids rated at 141 kW (192 PS).
How economical is the Mazda CX-60?
The lowest listed EU consumption is 1.5 L/100 km on WLTP. The EU plug-in hybrid weighted figure is 1.4 L/100 km; it assumes that part of the driving is electric, so it is not a petrol-only result. France lists a weighted WLTP figure of 1.5 L/100 km for its plug-in hybrid versions.
UK figures list 5 L/100 km as the lowest consumption and 7.7 L/100 km as the lowest plug-in hybrid weighted figure, both on WLTP. The lowest results refer to different versions and powertrains.
Where was the CX-60 sold?
The CX-60 appears in EU registration figures for 2022–2025, UK figures for 2022–2026 and French figures for 2026.
