What is the Renault Fluence?

The Fluence is a four-door family saloon with a separate boot. Its electric Fluence Z.E. was part of Renault’s early move into battery-powered cars, alongside conventional petrol and diesel versions. Renault began commercialising the Fluence Z.E. in 2011 as part of its first wave of electric vehicles.

The Fluence, code L38, appears in the market figures from 2010 to 2019. The Z.E. version brought electric power to the same saloon body style.
