What is the Kia EV5?

The EV5 is a fully electric SUV in Kia’s EV range, with an upright shape and a practical feel for everyday family use. Its design follows Kia’s “Opposites United” philosophy, which brings contrasting ideas together in the brand’s newer models.

The EV5 is a new model in Europe. Its first generation, code-named OV, dates from 2025 onward. Kia gave it its European debut at the 2025 IAA Mobility show.
