Who makes INEOS cars?

INEOS Automotive is the car-making arm of INEOS Group, a British multinational best known for its work in chemicals. The Grenadier grew from a simple idea: group chairman Jim Ratcliffe wanted a straightforward, purposeful 4×4. The company brought in specialist engineering partners and turned that idea into its first production vehicle.

Although INEOS is British, the Grenadier is made at the company’s Hambach plant in France. Series production began in 2022. Its design is deliberately practical, with a boxy body and a cabin laid out for use in demanding conditions.
