What is the Maserati MCPura?

The MCPura is a mid-engined super sports car offered as a coupé or as the open-top MCPura Cielo. It is an evolution of the MC20, with changes to the exterior design and cabin. Both versions keep the carbon-fibre structure and Nettuno V6; the Cielo adds a retractable glass roof.

MCPura generation

The MCPura generation began in 2025 and carries the internal code M240. It follows the MC20, which introduced the Nettuno engine and a carbon-fibre structure to Maserati’s super sports car range. The MCPura was unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Engine

The MCPura has a 3.0-litre petrol V6. Maserati calls it the Nettuno and describes its pre-chamber combustion system as a key part of the engine’s design.

How economical is the Maserati MCPura?

For the 2026 model year in the United States, the EPA combined rating is 18 MPG, equivalent to 13.1 L/100 km. US EPA tests differ from European WLTP and NEDC procedures, and from Canada’s five-cycle method, so results across markets are not directly comparable.

Where is the Maserati MCPura sold?

The EPA fuel rating is for the United States. Maserati offers the MCPura as a coupé and as the open-top Cielo.
