Special regulation signs

Photo enforcement

Traffic rules in the area may be enforced using cameras.

The sign gives notice that cameras are used to enforce traffic rules. It does not necessarily identify a speed camera immediately ahead. The enforcement may concern rules other than speed limits.

The United States’ R10-18 is a white rectangular sign with a black camera symbol, black lettering and a black border. It reads TRAFFIC LAWS PHOTO ENFORCED and may be placed at a jurisdictional boundary.

How it looks in each country

Official sign in each country; the code is its number in the national rules. Signs that come in two directions show the left and the right version.
