Cycle street
Special regulation signs

Cycle street

Marks a street with special rules favouring cycling.

Check whether your vehicle is permitted to enter and avoid obstructing cyclists. The sign alone does not give cyclists priority at every junction.

Germany’s 244.1 displays a bicycle symbol and the word Fahrradstraße. Permitted motor traffic must avoid endangering or obstructing cyclists and reduce speed when necessary.

How it looks in each country

Official sign in each country; the code is its number in the national rules. Signs that come in two directions show the left and the right version.
