  1. Fuel supply hose may come apart

    Reported July 10, 2025EU Safety Gate SR/02766/25

Incorrect fitting can let the plastic part of the fuel hose separate from the metal part. The engine may stop, risking loss of control, and leaking fuel may contact hot engine parts and cause a fire. The recall asks end users to return the product.

    Fire, Injuries
    Defect
Due to incorrect fitting, the plastic part of the fuel supply hose can come loose from the metal part. If the fault occurs when the engine is running, the fuel pump stops after eight seconds. This can cause the engine to stop, leading to a loss of control over the vehicle, creating a risk of accidents and injuries. Moreover, it can lead to fuel leaks contacting hot engine parts. This increases the risk of the vehicle catching fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
    Remedy
Recall of the product from end users
