What is the KGM Torres?

The Torres is an SUV from South Korean maker SsangYong, now known as KGM. Its upright shape and rugged details give it a distinctive look within the maker’s range. The name refers to Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, known for its dramatic landscape.

The first generation, known as I and carrying the J100 code, began in 2023. Its styling marked a new direction for the brand as SsangYong adopted the KGM name.
