Do not make the right turn covered by the sign. It is normally displayed at or before the junction where the restriction applies.
A common European design is a red-bordered circle with a black right-turn arrow crossed by a red diagonal bar. The US R3-1 places the arrow and red prohibition symbol on a square white sign.
