Cyclists
Warning signs

Cyclists

Cyclists may be crossing or riding on the road ahead.

Look carefully for cyclists entering, crossing or travelling along the road. Allow space and approach cycle crossings with care.

The United Kingdom's 950 shows a black bicycle in a red-bordered triangle with a white background. The United States W11-1 uses a bicycle on a yellow or fluorescent yellow-green diamond. Japan's 407-2 identifies a cycle crossing rather than serving as a general advance warning.

How it looks in each country

Official sign in each country; the code is its number in the national rules. Signs that come in two directions show the left and the right version.
