Crossroads, priority to the right

A junction is ahead where traffic approaching from the right normally has priority.

Approach carefully and be ready to give way to traffic from the right. The junction need not be completely unsigned; this warning can mark a junction where priority is not assigned by priority signs.

Poland’s A-5 has a black cross inside a red-bordered yellow triangle. It warns of a junction where priority is not determined by signs.
