What it means

The rear camera module supplies rear-view image data to the display and, on some vehicles, other driver-assistance systems. U0565 means a receiving module judges data from the Rear Camera Module invalid; it does not reveal whether the cause is the camera, its connection, or network configuration.

- Check gateway routing, camera configuration, and software history, particularly after a camera, display, or tailgate repair.
- If the circuits and setup are correct, use vehicle-specific diagnostics to test the Rear Camera Module and its image signal.
